Title: Environmental Engineer
RMES is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent full time position located in Pocatello, Idaho. Candidate must prepare general civil plans and specifications for a wide variety of projects, including municipal and rural water supply, treatment, and design; storm water system conveyance and control; grading and drainage improvements; roadway design; erosion and sediment control. Candidate will provide management for all phases of planning and construction of civil engineering projects such as site surveys, presentations and communications, budgets, scheduling, construction, and on-site observation and inspection. Specific duties include site evaluations and research; analyze and interpret data; ensure quality and compliance for clients; prepare models and analysis for stormwater, water systems and sewer systems to comply with City and State requirements; design wastewater treatment/disposal systems; engineering support during construction; solve problems and interact effectively with regulatory agencies.

Position Requirements Include:
MSc Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Idaho PE license preferred, but an EI with at least 12 months experience may be considered. Applicant must be able to obtain EI within 18 months of hire.
U.S. Drivers license and an insurable driving record.
Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well both independently and on a team
Strong Innovyze InfoWater; AutoCAD; and Civil 3D knowledge and experience
